Artist Statement
Through a radical reduction process, I capture the purest essence of an image. Working in high-contrast black and white, light and shadow become a visual language used to reveal deeper emotional and spiritual truths beneath the surface.

Reality shaped by intention
Organic landscapes used as language for interior reality, external environments shaped into mirrors of an inner nature. Deconstructed into studies of becoming: Its complexity, its struggle, its beauty.
A life centered in love, refined by fire, renewed by light.
A parable of care, love, and the sacrifice of carrying responsibility. Told through a family of Egyptian geese. A study of survival and vigilance through placement. Created as I grew into a new role of helping my mother after my father’s stroke.
